The driver for ***** forged my signature to claim that the package was delievered to me.
I have proof that I never recieved the package because I have footage at the time that the delivery was said to be delievered. A gentleman by the name of **** that works for best brillance has been terrible, unproffesional, and showed poor customer service to resolve this issue. Best brillance has refused to file the claim nor reconcile the issue, stating because they would have to go through there on personal insurance. I have contacted ***** about the issue and they were willing to file the claim but needed best brillance to file the claim because they were the sender of the ring. The package was suppose to be signed for and never made it in my postion. The package was an engagement ring for my wife to purpose to her in early summer.
